It's Not Your Average School Picture
I've been looking at new backgrounds for months but worried about the cost. Suddenly, my wonderful and encouraging husband said "what are you waiting for?" and I finally bit the bullet and got them. I am very pleased with the results. Anyway, here is a sample of what I've been doing. A lot of it is studio light while some of it is natural light with a reflector. Most of you don't care about that, you just want to see the grandchildren, and nieces and nephews so enjoy! As you may have noticed, Jameson refuses to model anymore. Ashlynn and Matt are tolerant and Elise loves it! Thank goodness.

Dang! You sure have GOOD-LOOKING children! And as always — great photos — you really capture each child's special qualities. I also like the old-fashioned feel of the backgrounds.
Oh, and how old is Ashlynn these days — 20ish?

Jim, I wondered if anyone but a photographer would notice that. What's funny is that it actually helped to fill in a few shadows on that side.
